Other:

Tropic was purchased from EV in a package deal with Tilly. He prefers Pop music.

As a Registered Quarter Horse he is approved for cross on [mare breed (foal breed)]:

APH (Pintaloosa, QH, Appaloosa), Appaloosa (Appaloosa), Nez Perce (NzP), Arab (Quarab/Araloosa), TB (ApQH/Appaloosa),
Akhal Teke (NzP), Gaited (Walkaloosa), Lusitano or Andalusian (Azteca).

Any Cream foals are also eligible for CPHS.

All his foals will have Leopard Complex.

Genetic Notes:

Congenital Stationary Night Blindness is a genetic disorder carried on the Leopard Complex gene (LP). All Appaloosa marked horses (except Snowflake or "Varnish roan") will be at least carriers for the condition and horses which are homozygous will be affected. A horse affected by CSNB will be functionally blind in dark areas, such as dim stables and arenas, and at night. Other than the natural risks involved with having a blind horse, CSNB horses bear no other negative health effects from the disorder.
